Several facts have been unearthed during my collection of funds for the Susan G. Koman Breast Cancer Foundation. First, I have the greatest friends in the whole world. Second, collecting money, even for a great cause, is a ridiculously annoying hassle for which your friends will hate you. Third, the sense of accomplishment and pride makes being ostracized worth while.

I would like to thank each and every one of my friends, family, strangers and members of the T.R.A.V.I.S.F.A.N.C.L.U.B. who donated money. I sincerely believe that my unique group of friends is the greatest in the world and I’m a better person for knowing each of you. Initially my intent was to publish donor’s names but I was advised against it (apparently some of you are good people, even sans credit). So here is the list of donors by alias:

This friend of mine, Julie, threw this awesome party last weekend and spared no expense doing such. I'd guess she invested about $2,000 upfront and tens of hours in sweat equity. I'm talking the works. The liquor was diverse as New York City and flowed like Niagara Falls. A crew of eight card dealers brought in as many black jack tables. The local church donated one hundred folding chairs. A couple of guys were paid to cook fresh fried catfish to compliment the honey baked ham and a multitude of other dishes. The logistics of this soiree continue to boggle my mind. And it doesn't stop there.

In order to throw a remarkable party you need sponsorship. Individuals and corporations donated bracelets, purses, a fishing trip, car stereo, portable satellite radio, booze, train set, golf bag, cooler and other stuff. Somebody donated the venue. Many others donated time, resources and effort. This was one party you didn't want miss. Oh, did I mention it was all in support of the Susan G. Koman Breast Cancer Foundation?

Julie wished to help in the fight against breast cancer. Rather than merely pay a dollar for a pink wristband, like me, she choose to make a greater difference. In signing up for "The 3-Day", a 60-mile hike, she pledged to raise $2,500 dollars for the Foundation. I think she raised over $7,000. Wow. What pride she must take in accomplishing so much for such a worthy cause: “[The Foundation aims to] eradicate breast cancer as a life-threatening disease by funding research grants and supporting education, screening and treatment projects in communities around the world.”

I too want to participate in community involvement and social activism. Granted, I’ve increased River Otter awareness 2-fold, but to my knowledge no body has yet adopted little Ottiga. Regarding breast cancer, I momentarily considered making a huge cash donation until I remembered I’m a 28 year old pizza boy and I live with my parents. Monetary funds aren’t exactly my strong suit.

But what I do have is time, connections, and great friends. Friends who are sincerely good people who I know will contribute to such a worthy cause. Thus, I have pledged to raise $250 for the Foundation in Julie’s name. I hope to raise significantly more, but as the great Jerry Blank once said, “If you’ve gotta’ reach for a star; reach for the lowest one out there”.

I have come up with a list of enticements to encourage giving. I’ve even gone so far as to denigrate myself through whoring (now that’s giving ‘til it hurts!) The following are my donation levels and designations:

Laura is a Hottie

In virtually all modern democracies the people are represented by two separate leaders: the Head of Government and the Head of State. Only in America are these two important roles combined into one person, the President of the United States of America. Normally, the Head of State is a national symbol and used mostly for ceremonial duties. My contention is that America’s First Lady has de facto become our Head of State. And in my lifetime there has never been a greater Head of State than the lovely, stately, Laura Bush.

Consider Britain where Tony Blair (Prime Minister) is the Head of Government while the Queen is the titular Head of State. Under this dichotomy, it is OK to hate Blair and his government, yet still love the Queen and her People. While Blair controls and influences Parliament and therefore the laws of the land, it is the Queen's job to love all the people and nations of the world, exert political force in small doses when appropriate, and throw decadent parties (God himself would attend a party at Windsor Castle if cordially invited). The system is virtually the same throughout the world’s democracies.

Country: Head of State, Head of Government.
Japan: Emperor of Japan, Prime Minister.
Germany: President, Federal Chancellor.
Italy: President of the Italian Republic, President of the Council of Ministers
Ukraine, Poland: President, Prime Minister
Vatican: Pope, Secretary of State
etc... Virtually all democracies, save the USA, have a split Head of State/Head of Government.

In America we lack a figurehead of the American people whose sole duty is relationship building. With a unified Head of State/Government, our President represents both the people AND the government leaving it impossible to dislike one without disliking the other. Fortunately, in recent decades our formerly irrelevant First Lady is transforming into our de facto Head of State. And a greater First Lady there has never been in my lifetime, and arguably, ever.

For example, from February 21st though the 24th, 2005, W. made a whirlwind tour of Europe to mend ties with the europussies. But he didn't go it alone; Laura Bush was also in Europe one step ahead of W. She traveled ahead speaking at military bases, schools, and libraries. She met with no leaders and her speeches lacked controversy (and arguably substance). The First Lady was merely there, warming up the populous, sending greetings of love and friendship and representing the PEOPLE of the United States of America. Later, when W. spoke before politicians and dignitaries he always mentioned how happy he and Laura were to make the trip. America's government (W.) and her people (Laura) both worked independently at mending relationships.

Laura Bush IS America’s Head of State and a damn fine one too. She has poise, grace, a beautiful southern-bell accent, a charming smile, great figure, intelligence and a love of her country and the world. She is stately. And, I am proud to have her represent me on the world scale.

New Ottertude

The plight of the river otter is one of hardships and setbacks. While traditionally falling prey to wolves and coyotes, their primary enemy today is humans. Hunting does play a small role in the demise of these furry critters, but habitat destruction and water pollution due to mining, fossil fuels and over fishing are the main destructive forces. These funny little friends with their luxurious coats must be protected from human-wrought ottercide.

However, all is not yet lost; as John(14:1) said, "Let not your heart be troubled". Progress is being made throughout the world to reotterduce these mammals to their natural environments. Here in the USA, while heretofore teetering close to extinction, the river otter has been reotterduced to all states save New Mexico. Fortunately, the New Mexico River Otter Working Group is working with state and local agencies on a plan for reotterduction.

Like me, you can do your part to support the river otters! While I choose to wear a wristband in exhibition of my support (unfortunately, i'm currently unable to procure additional bands), there are several alternative means. The International Otter Survival Fund aims to protect all 13 species of river otter worldwide. While they will kindly accept your monetary donations, even better you can adopt an otter (little Ottiga is sooooo cute!!!) Or, perhaps you'd like to join the River Otter Alliance.

We must band together and each do our part to insure the survival and happiness of the lowly, yet glorious river otters.

America's New Mid-Easter Ally

Against America's wishes, in early March of 2005 the EU ended a 16 year embargo on arms sales to China. On March 14th, China passed a law allowing military action against Taiwan should they move towards formal independence. This puts the USA in a precarious position of defending Taiwan against Chinese military action and we know neither the EU nor the UN will help us. What are we to do? On March 16, Condi Rice visited our new best friend, India, with promises of closer ties, open sky treaties, coordinated defensive strategies and yes F-16s for all!

The European pussies (Britain NOT included), or "Europussies", are really pissing me off. Their army of roughly 2 million combined is only 5% capable of waging a modern, technology driven war compared with 70% of our equal sized force. Europussies claim to be pacifist, yet only because they know that the USA will be the "bad cop". Meanwhile, they use the UN to embezzle money to Iraq in exchange for oil. Then they have the balls to sell their planes and weapons to China, knowing that the USA will have to deal with the consequences. And, they did it solely for economic reasons; China is in huge demand of military weaponry. The USA is trying to balance the warring world factions on the edge of a knife and the EU is destroying the balance for economic gain. Fuck the Europussies. We should show them how embargos work by not allowing their products onto our shores. Yeah, it'll hurt us, but it will hurt them more.

China claims Taiwan; Taiwan claims unofficial independence. America does NOT recognize Taiwan as an independent nation, yet we sell them a plethora of arms to defend themselves against a hostile Chinese takeover. The coasts between "Chiwan" are filled with missiles, bunkers, barricades and the like. The only reason China has yet to invade is because of America's tacit agreement to defend the island. But, China is now taking more aggressive moves to rope Taiwan in, knowing that USA is mired in wars elsewhere and can't afford to take on the mainland at this juncture.

The solution: Become new best friends with India. India would love better relations with America because we're by far their largest trading partner, and we're a great ally against Pakistan and China (Pakistan, China and India still have disputed territory they're fighting over). So, in comes Condi promising greater economic cooperation between us including an Open Skies treaty, which basically allows unlimited direct flights between our nations. And as a kicker, we're probably going to start selling India F-16 fighter planes. Now, this gets fun.

Guess to whom we're also considering selling F-16s. Pakistan. So, in one fell swoop America is going to uparm two fierce enemies which will perpetuate their war (can you imagine the terror "IndiStan" could unleash on the world if they weren't fighting amongst themselves?). But, we'll also be arming India against China just as China is being armed by the europussies. America is merely propagating the stalemate that was in force until the pacifist EU decided to end the arms embargo against China. And now the whole world is in greater peril. With friends like the europussies, who needs enemies?

The New Republican Majority

The Republican Party is positioning itself to hold a majority of the nation's popular vote through two simple policies: anti-abortion and open borders. The former is the Christian right or "family values" vote, and the later is the Hispanic vote. I disagree with BOTH of these policies, as it is making my party of choice, the party of capitalism, the Grand Old Party, the conservative party, yes, the Republican party, unbeatable. Is this maneuvering worth it, and what can be done about it?

The main constituency of the Republican Party is the Christian right, whom vote in droves and spread their message wide and far. Considered "family values" conscious, they vote on mainly anti-abortion and secondarily anti-gay rights (or pro-family as they would have you believe). Republican's have long known this and have pandered to this group without wavering.

For years the Republican's have tried to gain ground in the battle for the black vote to no avail. This last election they surprisingly captured about 14% of that vote, up from about 9% in previous elections. But it's simply too costly a battle and the numbers just aren't there. But what about all the Hispanics? They already outnumber blacks in America, have strong catholic ties (ie. anti-abortion anyway), vote in large percentages, and really want all their friends and family to join them in the greatest country on earth. What an opportunity. So here is Bush, opening the floodgates and pandering to the legals and illegals alike, to the detriment of my nation, solely to make the Republican Party the Hispanic party of choice. Despicable. But understandable.

So is it worth it? Absolutely. The larger battle with the "Dummycrats" (thanks for the term, Katie; i'm stealing it) capitalism vs. communism trumps all other issues. Take my guns, outlaw abortions, kill the gays, welcome illegals, BUT DON'T TAKE AWAY CAPITALISM AND INSTILL COMMUNISM IN IT'S PLACE!!! Dummycrats aren't communists you say? What the hell is socialized medicine, public housing, minimum wages, labor unions, government schools, higher taxes, etc...? These are ALL communist ideals which lead down a slippery slope to outright communism and a planned society. And it does not work. So, though i disagree with the two main policies that guarantee a republican victory, I consider it the lesser of two evils.

So what is my solution? Merge the Libertarians with the Democrats for the perfect party. Take from the libertarians their free market ideals and small government goal and mix with it the democrats social liberties of abortions, gay rights, and equal opportunity. Then you'd have a party poised to battle the Republican's in the 21st century founded on the basis of capitalism, equal rights, and choice.

The black American movement is in the midst of an implosion unprecedented by any save the Democratic party. This is further evidenced by the recent "State of the Black Union, 2005" in which the leaders, or rather, "bleeders" of the black community typified all that is wrong with the current black movement and it's goals.

Like the democratic party, the current black bleeders, namely Jesse Jackson, Rev. Al Dullton, Tavis and Far-a-con have realized that their only hope of holding power is to undermine blacks, instill a can NOT do attitude, and blame crime, poverty, and uneducation on wealthy white men. After all, a prosperous black person doesn't need a black bleeder telling them what or how to think.

Listening to the SOTBU, 2005, one gets the impression that it's 1945. Have we really made no progress in the last 60 years? Is the white man really keeping the black people from the drinking fountain of prosperity? Has affirmative action done nothing to promote racial equality and opportunity among minorities? Have equal opportunity and equal housing lending laws done nothing to eliminate discrimination in hiring and lending? Do not more blacks own houses in America than ever before?

But, this is not what the black bleeders striving for power tell their own people whom they purport to support and protect. They tell the black man that life's problems are somebody else's fault. That because of the color of your skin you will either be rich or poor, loved or hated, incarcerated or free. And what of successful black Americans like Secretaries of State Condi Rice and Colon Powell, University of Missouri President Elson Floyd, Tiger Woods, Oprah or Bill Cosby (to name a few). They are ostracized as uncle Tom's, sell-outs and fake whites. To the bleeders of the black movement, the only truly black success stories are the gangster thugs and drug dealers who make it in rap music or basketball. Few black heroes, like Suge Knight or C-Murder, have managed to make it in white America without losing touch with the common black man. Although those two are in touch with black America from behind bars now.

Even worse than the treachery of the bleeders within who are intent on destroying black progress, the black vote itself is quickly becoming obsolete. Bottom line, blacks don't vote, but Hispanics do. Hell, even ILLEGAL Hispanic aliens vote; and in 10ish years there will be more Hispanics in America than blacks. In a coming article, "The Republican Majority", i'll discuss how the GOP is guaranteeing a long-term win by pandering to the Christian Right and Hispanic vote. That leaves the blacks stuck with the Dems, each ensuring the other that if only we could hold back whitie and convert to communism then America will be a better place.

The black movement is dying, and not because of Republican whites. Rather, it is suffocating from treachery within and Democrats without.

Democrinos

In a stunning revelation this week, several liberal sources, including the far-left NY Times, have discovered that Bush's plans for the Modern World Order seem to be working. Surprising to the left, when freedom and democracy are introduced into troubled regions then the democratic dominos (Democrinos) will fall, crushing all tyrants in their path. This is exactly what is happening, and at an alarming speed.

First, we took out the Taliban, liberated Afghanistan, and gave the people their first election ever. Said election was rife with abuses and fraud, but that was to be expected. Democracy doesn't happen overnight, despite what the liberals reluctantly demand. Then we liberated Iraq and the election therein surpassed the world's wildest expectations. It was this smashing success that really opened the eyes of the people in the middle east. Suddenly, the masses realized that they COULD take back their country, their liberties and their freedom.

The Democrinos began to fall.

February 8, 2005, Israel and Paistine formerly announced a cease fire agreement after more than four years of continued fighting. Since then, the bombing have all but stopped. Abbas has vowed to capture rouge insurgents from within and Sharon has taken him on his word. Real progress is being made here with concessions on both sides.

Saudi Arabia in early February held it's first municipal elections ever since they "united" under a monarchy in 1932. And get this: the elections were such an overwhelming success that WOMEN may vote in the next election. Are you kidding me? When did the Arabs start giving any rights to women?

Then, on February 26, the Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak announced he was changing the constitution to allow MORE THAN ONE candidate to run for president (since 1952 only one candidate can run, said candidate being nominated by parliament). What a concept!

Two days later on the 28th, the Prime Minister and entire cabinet of Lebanon resigned under popular unrest! The people were marching in the streets outraged by their Syrian friendly "leaders". And now, the Lebanese people are demanding the occupying Syrian army leave it's borders.

Talk about the Democrinos falling. And the crux of these developments is America's intervention, the toppling of a few tyrannical regimes, the establishment of democracy, and Bush's vow that America will stand with the people of nations whom stand up for their freedom.

If you show them the way; they will follow.

Social Security Reform

Bush’s plans for social security reform are a major step in the right direction. Firstly, the current system was created a long time ago in an America far far different. While it was a great idea then, it is long since broken. The entitlements are simply too great with too few people paying in to support it. Under Clinton, the dems insisted we were in a crisis; unfortunately, the GOP would not allow the dems to receive credit for reform. Thus, what should have been fixed 8 years ago is still broken. We are in a crisis, but the left won’t admit it now. I guess turn about is fair play. That’s just politics.

Private accounts are ideal for one simple reason: OUR GOVERNMENT CAN NOT BUY EQUITIES. Therefore, all the money “invested” in social security is in government bonds which grow at a dismal rate. Some like to point out that the real problem is that the money isn’t really invested, but rather the government spends it and writes IOUs to the account. So what? Regardless of if the money is spent or held, the government must eventually pay the interest and principle on the money. The only way the government pays interest is through tax revenues (or seigniorage, which I am in favor of). Now, if we had private accounts, we, as individuals, could invest in the stock market. This would guarantee greater returns over the long run, alleviate the government’s interest requirements, bolster the capital markets, and transition the masses to an ownership society. SO WHY IN THE HELL ARE THE DEMS FIGHTING THIS?

The libs are scared shitless of what this would do for their base. Democrat ideals require a lower class with needy people reliant on big government and entitlements. Libs are scared of an ownership society as it will make their party irrelevant. Imagine what will happen when the masses have ownership in the stock market. Imagine two poor black kids (PBKs) sitting around in the lunchroom at school. One has an after school job at Wal-Mart and finds himself with $1000 in a social security account of his own. He has elected to invest said account in the S&P 500. Suddenly, he starts following the market and brags to his buddy how the “market” is up 1% today and he made $10 by being an owner of the market! Now PBK #2 is intrigued: How does the stock market work? How did the money get in said account? HOW THE HELL DO I GET ME ONE OF THOSE?

Suddenly, we have an entire generation of entitlement kids who make money, invest money, and start to wonder why ALL of their social security taxes don’t go into their own account. Hell, what are all these other taxes that are being taken out? What effect will higher taxes have on the stock market and the economy? If I’m working, and saving money, why am I supporting all the bums out there? These questions coming from the rich white folks only give the libs more power. But when PBKs start asking these questions the democratic party will spiral down their toilet of lies and oppression and into oblivion. Remember, liberal ideals REQUIRE an entitlement class to “fight” for and receive handouts. Conservative ideals require you get off your ass, get a help up, and keep what you earn in an ownership society. Bring on the reform!

Modern World Order

The war in Iraq is a crucial step in bringing about the Modern World Order where inalienable human rights and peace are universal. The keystone to achieving this ideology is the elimination of large-scale terrorism and enslavement through democracy and capitalism. This is the final war, World War III, and at present there are about 5 main fronts.

Nuclear bombs and other horrific weapons never should have been developed. But they were. The problem now is that small rouge regimes can acquire technology they were never supposed to have. It used to be that in order to make the bomb, you were smart enough to know not to use it. But when insane tyrants ruling over impoverished and enslaved people have nothing to lose since they have nothing to begin with they don’t care if they create a nuclear holocaust! If America is defeated their hatred and envy disappear even if their homeland disappears as well.

The truth is that America is the greatest nation on earth and most people like us. Consider Europe. Sure, some socialist/democratic countries disagree with us and don’t “love” us, but they don’t really wish us ill will. Europe is not a treat to America, world peace, or the Modern World Order.

South America has neither the means nor the desire to harm other nations at large. Same for the Indonesian region. Africa, well, Africa is fucked up. They can’t stop killing themselves or pull their heads out of their asses’ long enough look around. (Amazingly, what Africa NEEDS is an absolute dictator over the entire continent, but I’ll expand upon that later.)

So, what nations are actively fighting the Modern World Order, democracy and capitalism; AND have the means to resist it? China, North Korea, Iraq, Iran/Syria and Cuba.

China, oh, China. All China needs is time; they are changing on their own and no amount of might can force them to change any quicker. They’re just too damn big. China is changing voluntarily thanks to its discovery of capitalism when it acquired Hong Kong. Within 50 years they will be the largest economy in the world under a democratic/socialist government. They’ve got nukes, and we’re mired in a war with them over Taiwan, but time will heal all wounds and fix their problems. Their future is too bright for them to act irrationally.

North Korea has the bomb. Kim Jong Il is an insane communist dictator. Hence, they have the means and the will to destroy. They must and will be stopped. Il recently requested bilateral negotiations with the USA only. You see, he wants to continue to breed hatred towards America to garnish support from other similar dictators. We said, unconditionally, “NO!” The six-way talks we insist upon involve the nations most directly affected by his regime: Russia, China, South Korea and Japan. This is not our problem and we’re right in insisting pacific rim nations deal with Kim Jong Il.

Iraq is liberated. One down.

Iran is the largest current threat to the Modern World Order. They have the will to destroy and the means are increasing daily; they will have the bomb in about 6 months. We must invade soon. And I’m glad that Iran and Syria recently announced an alliance, for now when we can justify taking out the Iranian regime we will have established justification for destroying Syria’s government.

Communist Cuba is done. Castro no longer dreams of harboring nukes or in anyway physically harming the US. He is a dictator, but not an outright terrorist threat to other nations. But the day the bastard dies; Cuba will no longer be communist. USA will rightfully stage a coup within a week to free the Cubans and help them build a new, democratic government for themselves.

This is a war that must be fought: Righteous vs. Tyrants, Good vs. Evil, Capitalism vs. Communism, Democracy vs. Dictatorship. By dealing with rogue countries now, we will enhance the overall wellbeing of humanity sooner while minimizing total destruction and lives lost. The Modern World Order must prevail, for the love of God and Country.
